Mahina (Moon) Healing

Mahina means Moon in Hawaiian. Naoko is offering Spiritual Energy Healing on Full and New moon days. The healing is based on her inspiration at the time, but Naoko will intend to welcome anyone who would like to receive this healing energy. You would only need to be aware of the healing energy in a relaxed way on Full and New moon days. You may imagine the light and energy of the moon gently pouring over your entire body, its radiance reaching every place that needs it, and allowing yourself to resonate with its beautiful vibration. You might also visualise it cleansing and clearing your whole being. Alternatively, if your own vision or imagery arises, please simply allow yourself to feel and experience it as it is. マヒナ（ムーン）ヒーリング

マヒナとはハワイ語で月をいいます。満月と新月の日にSpiritual Energy Healingを行っています。その時のインスピレーションに応じてのヒーリングになりますが、このヒーリングエネルギーを必要と思われる方、受け取りたいと思われる方など、どなたでも受け取って頂けるようにしています。満月、新月の日、ただ意識をヒーリングに合わせて頂いて、ゆったりとそのヒーリングのエネルギーを感じて頂ければと思います。何かイメージされたい場合は、月の光や月のエネルギーが体全体に降り注ぎ、その輝きが必要な箇所隅々まで届き、その美しい波動と自分自身が共鳴していくようなイメージや、月の光やエネルギーが全身をお掃除してくれるようなイメージなど、またはご自身のヴィジョンやイメージが浮かぶ場合はそれをそのまま感じて頂ければと思います。2026年のムーンヒーリングの日程は下記をご覧ください。
