やさしい入門ワークショップ
2026年10月の新月の日に、フラワー＆ヴァイブレーショナルエッセンスを暮らしに取り入れるための、やさしい入門ワークショップを開催いたします。
フラワーエッセンスとはどんなものなのか、どのように心に寄り添ってくれるのかを、まずはシンプルに、やさしく触れていただきます。花のエッセンスを中心に、ほかにもさまざまな種類のエッセンスがあることにも触れながら、 今日の自分に合うエッセンスを、直感や心の状態に合わせて選ぶ体験をしていただきます。
今回のワークショップでは選んだエッセンスをあらかじめご用意しているベースのバスソルトに数滴加え、そしてお好みで手作りのドライローズを入れて、お持ち帰り用として仕上げていただきます。お茶の時間も設けていますので、 ゆったりと心温まるひとときを過ごしていただければと思います。

Flower & Vibrational Essence Gentle Introductory Workshop
On the New Moon in October 2026, I will be offering a gentle introductory workshop on bringing Flower & Vibrational Essences into everyday life.
We will begin by softly exploring what flower essences are and how they can support the heart with quiet presence. While focusing mainly on flower essences, we will also touch on other types of essences, and you will have the opportunity to choose the essence that resonates with you today—guided by intuition and your current emotional state.
In this workshop, you will add a few drops of your chosen essence to a base bath salt prepared in advance, and, if you wish, finish it with handmade dried rose petals to take home. We will also share a small tea time together, offering a warm and gentle moment to relax and enjoy the experience.
